Veterans Benefits Service was created to ensure all veterans and their surviving spouses are aware of the special pension from the Department of Veterans Affairs referred to as “Non-Service Connected Pension with Aid and Attendance.” It can provide considerable income to veterans or surviving spouses to offset long-term care cost either in home care service, an assisted living facility, personal care home or skilled nursing facility.

Veterans Benefits Service is not associated with any government agency and cannot guarantee eligibility or monetary compensation from the Aid and Attendance program. The Veterans Administration makes the final decision in all VA applications.
